3. Take a clean syringe, suck the glue onto the syringe, and evenly drop it on the surface of the sign and trademark. Generally, the thickness of the glass is 2mm, so that it can flow naturally and smoothly.

4. After 3-5 minutes into the glass, observe whether there are air bubbles or dust on the surface of the glue. If there is a small bubble, use a small needle to pick it out. If the dead end is not leveled, a needle can be used for extradition.

5. The poured label is cured at room temperature 20℃ for 10-14 hours at -22℃ for 10-14 hours, and turns into a crystal symbol without touching the surface.

6. If it is adhesive, trademark, etc., the thickness of the glass is very thin, and the boundary is not obvious. During the pouring process, it is easy to cause overflow. It's hard to get to 2mm thick. Therefore, it is difficult to grasp the different situations and control the viscosity of the glass. During use, it can be placed for 1-2 hours to increase the viscosity and adapt to thin casting.

7. Labels with thickness greater than 2mm can be divided into two drops of plastic. After dripping, cure for 3-5 hours, add a layer.

8. After the plastic drops are cleaned, the container should be cleaned. If the gel hardens, it is not soluble in any solvent, so machines and containers should be cleaned before it hardens.
