Glass has always been the main packaging material for liquor due to its transparency and defects. The liquor glass bottles produced by our company are defect-free, clean and bright. However, in the production process of glass manufacturers, if the whole process is not rigorous or the quality of the mold is poor, it will cause defects such as spots, wrinkles, bubbles and scratches in the liquor. So, what causes the poor smoothness of liquor glass bottles?

The material of the initial mold and the finished mold is poor. Sometimes when the wine bottle factory produces glass bottles, due to the poor initial mold and molding material of the glass bottle, the density is not enough, and the oxidation is too fast after the temperature rises. This will form small pits on the surface of the mold, which will easily cause the surface of the glass bottle to be uneven after molding. Therefore, when choosing a mold, the bottle factory must pay attention to the initial mold and mold material to ensure that the finish of the formed glass bottle will not be a problem.

Friction with mold walls. In the production process of glass cups, sometimes the glass blank cannot accurately enter the initial mold when it falls into the initial mold, and will rub against the mold wall to form wrinkles. During blow molding, the surface wrinkles will spread, which will easily cause the liquor bottle to wrinkle and seriously affect its finish.

The initial mold design is unreasonable. Sometimes in the production of glass bottles, due to the unreasonable initial mold design, there will be problems in use. Problems can arise if the mold cavity is too small or too small. In this way, after the material falls into the molding die, the blowing is uneven, resulting in spots on the glass bottle body.

The droplet velocity is not uniform. Sometimes in the production of liquor glass bottles, the machine speed is not uniform, or the nozzle is not adjusted properly, so that the initial temperature is not compatible with the liquor glass bottle temperature. This will cause cold spots on the bottle and directly affect the finish.
