1. What is your MOQ?

It depend on the exact product models. 200pcs for most stock products. glass water bottle or vacuum flask. We'll accept a lower MOQ for your trial order.

2. How many pcs in stock?

The stock is always floating. Please contact our sales to get the most update info. If the item is out of stock, you can place order firstly and we will proceed mass production for you ASAP.

3. Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?

Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

4. What is your terms of payment?

Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

5. How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is about 10 days if the goods are in stock and 20-35 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
